DGT issues: vBSEO-3.5 cannot work with vB.Suite.v4.0.3

I'm using DGT series for some time, there're really really great.

Recently, I'm testing vbb-4 series, but got no luck, my platform is:

vBulletin.Suite.v4.0.3.PHP.NULL-DGT.zip
windows-1251__vBSEO.v3.5.RC2.for.vBulletin.3.x.and.4.x.PHP .NULL-DGT.zip
When I installed vB Suite, I unstalled the CMS as I don't need it, plus other tiny modification.

When I have vBSEO uploaded, imported as new product, and created an .htaccess file, the validation script generated lots of "not our's".
From vbseocp.php, I can set a password, and activate the plugin. but the product does not work for me, all works as before, nothing changes.

Any thoughts please?
