Best mod for image uploads in posts

Can anyone point me in the direction of a decent image upload mod when posting. Basically I use the attachment manager at the moment to put images in posts, but it doesnt display them in their original size it shows them in an attachment fieldset.

I am looking for a mod that will allow the users to upload image(s) to the server and insert them into the post using [img] or similar.
